We’re excited to see you at Tempo College Park! To make your visit easy, please follow the steps below to park and find our leasing office. If you need help at any point, call or text our team at (240) 582-6055, and we’ll guide you right in.
Step 1 – Navigate to: 8430 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740 (Tempo College Park).
Step 2 – Enter from Route 1 (Baltimore Avenue) near Taco Bell. Pull into the loading dock area. On your immediate left, park in spaces marked ‘Future Residents.’ Do NOT park in numbered resident spaces, reserved spaces, staff-only areas, or Taco Bell parking. If you pass the garage gate, you have gone too far.
Step 3 – After parking, follow signage toward the main building entrance. Estimated walk time: 1–2 minutes.
Step 4 – The leasing office is located inside the main entrance adjacent to the lobby. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. If doors are locked, call or text (240) 582-6055.
Set your drop-off location to ‘Tempo College Park Leasing Office.’ If the driver cannot drop you directly at the entrance, exit at the safest nearby curb along Baltimore Avenue and follow posted signage to the main entrance. Need assistance? Call or text (240) 582-6055 when you arrive.
